One/Eighty Performance Training

Lanier Soccer Association has partnered with One/Eighty Sports Performance in order to improve the fitness level from our Select and DA players. This program is for players u13 and older. The goal is to improvement movement and increase power, strength, agility and speed in order to avoid injuries.

Program Information

The fitness sessions will be led by DJ Walters. Here are some highlights about DJ Waters:

  • High School 3 Sport Athlete
  • 2 Time State Champion Wrestler
  • Collegiate Powerlifter at UNG
  • Trained more than 100 Collegiate and Professional athletes across all sports
  • Speed and Strength Coach for the Atlanta Silverbacks
  • 8 plus years of experience training athletes of all ages in various sports
  • 5 years experience training soccer-specific movements in regards to speed and agility development

What you need to know:

  • Where: Allan Creek Soccer Complex, Field 10
  • When: Every Wednesday, starting on March 14th, 2018
  • Time: 6:00pm to 7:00pm
  • Who: Boys and Girls, Select or DA, Over 13 years old
  • Price: $20 per sessions
  • Max per Group: 8 players
